Learning potential is equally distributed.

Access to leading universities is not.

Every year there are at least 3,000 students with top A-level marks who don’t go to any Russell Group university. On average, students from disadvantaged areas are at least five times less likely to go to a leading university than students from more affluent areas - even when they have the same exam results.

We’re here for the next generation of thinkers.

Our online mentorship programme helps students from underrepresented backgrounds across the UK navigate the university application process.

Our mentors are current students at the world's top universities, who want to make their campuses more diverse.

We work directly with universities and corporate partners to fund our programmes, so that we never have to charge the students we work with.

To help them get to the best universities.

Last year 71% of our applicants received an offer from one of their top three university choices, compared to an average success rate of 15% for the universities we target.

Help us make a difference. Whether you’re representing a university, a school, a company or an individual, get in touch if you want to talk about what we do or learn more about how you can work with us.
